“Coca-Cola on Campus” webinar showcases talent development programs to enhance youth skills
Coca-Cola Bottling Investments Group (BIG) recently presented its first “Coca-Cola on Campus” webinar, connecting students from 15 countries with world-class leaders from various functions within the organization.
International Beverages Pvt Ltd, a subsidiary of the Coca-Cola Company, has matched Bangladeshi students to participate in this global session, reads a press release.
The virtual session was designed to give students from 15 countries global exposure and insight into the three flagship programs introduced by Coca-Cola.
Students also had the opportunity to hear and learn from global and local leaders while sharing what they want from young talent, tips for a successful career, and learning from real-life experiences.
Additionally, students also got a glimpse of Coke life, development opportunities, and its culture.
By launching three special programs for the development of young talents, Cola-Cola offers students who have recently graduated or are in their final year of university the opportunity to develop their skills.
The Coca-Cola Student Internship Program (SIP) is an internship opportunity, offering students full-time and part-time work. Coca-Cola Excel is a six-month graduate trainee program that offers graduate trainees the option of a permanent position after completion of the internship based on performance and available opportunities.
The Coca-Cola Aspire Future Leaders Program is a two-year management training program that aims to prepare young graduates to undertake strategic and operational projects while preparing them to become the leaders of tomorrow. These programs are all designed to help increase the motivation of young talents and improve their opportunities for more effective learning. Application for the Aspire Future Leaders program is open to aspiring students.

Guest speakers for the Bangladesh session were Tapas Kumar Mondal, Managing Director of Coca-Cola Bangladesh Beverages; Mohsinul Haque, Director of Human Resources; Anowarul Amin, Director of Public Affairs, Communications and Sustainability; Taslima Hasnat Jaigirder, Head of Talent and Development (Southwest Asia); Md Jahidul Hoque, General Trade Manager, and Mimosa Kamal, Sales Analyst.
