Srinagar, February 11: The UGC-Human Resource Development Center (HRDC) of the University of Kashmir on Friday held a nationwide webinar on “Teaching Excellence in Tertiary Institutions”.

The Vice Chancellor of Central Guru Ghasidas University, Bilaspur, Prof. Alok Kumar Chakrawal was the chief guest and guest speaker on the occasion.

Renowned expert in the field of academic administration, Professor Chakrawal spoke about the possibilities of achieving excellence in higher education. He shared his professional and personal experiences that can help teachers elevate their academic careers.

The session was highly interactive and helped participants visualize a teaching platform relevant to today’s times.

The Director of HRDC, Prof. Mushtaq Ahmad Darzi delivered the welcome speech and focused on the role HRDC plays in enhancing academic activities in higher education.

Over 100 participants across the country participated in the webinar, which ended with a vote of thanks from HRDC Coordinator Dr. Sumeer Gul, who also moderated the session.
